The Top Level is flooded with natural light and has 180 degree ocean and river views. The open plan kitchen and living area blend easily onto the outdoor decks, making the most of the views with floor to ceiling glass doors. The kitchen is a chef’s delight and caters easily to both indoor and outdoor dining. The Master Bedroom features a state of the art King Size Bed and large ensuite bathroom. A large outdoor balcony off the bedroom features an outdoor bath where you relax under the stars and rekindle the romance.

There are also office facilities on this level - which hopefully you won’t use!

The lower level is dedicated to relaxation and meditation. There is a lounge area to snuggle up and watch a movie. There is also a large meditation space which is perfect for yoga; meditation; massage and Pilates. Private Yoga/ Pilates Sessions and Massages can be arranged on request.

The Oceanfront Villa has been specially designed for couples; however there is a second separate ensuited bedroom near the front of the property which enjoys lovely river views and complete privacy.

New Years, Christmas & Easter - $12,500 (7 night minimum)
Peak Season: January $1250 per night or $8,500 per week (5 night minimum)
High Season: February – April $1090 per night or $6,500 per week (3 night minimum)
Mid Season: September – December $990 per night or $6,000 per week (3 night minimum)
Low Season: May – August $850 per night or $5,500 per week (3 night minimum)
