Felice is set on the scenic escarpment of Knockrow amongst 18 peaceful acres. The house is situated with a north east aspect half way down a 380m long private road offering no hwy noise and complete tranquility. Felice has no close-by neighbours which gives guests complete privacy. The escarpment position offers expansive views over the Newrybar valley and out to the Pacific ocean which extends from Broken Head to Lennox head and beyond.

That being said, Felices' location is extraordinarily convenient. The home is only 6min by car from both Ballina/Byron Gateway Airport and Lennox Head's beaches, restaurants and shops, 5min from the historic town of Newrybar with the award winning Harvest Cafe & Deli and the hinterland tourist trail. The village of Bangalow is 10min away from the property and Byron Bay is a mere 15min drive either via the coast road or the highway.

Felice is a grand country residence with noble proportions. There are French doors that open on to the wrap around balcony from most rooms. Fans are located in all bedrooms as well as the living areas.

The home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Main bedroom has a king bed with separate his and hers en-suites. The second and third bedrooms both have double beds. The fourth bedroom is a large queen bedroom on the opposite side of the house that features a built in office/study with broadband internet access.

There are two lounge rooms, one with a fireplace and the other in the main living area with TV/DVD and stereo equipment. As well, there is a separate reading/media room with hundreds of books and another TV. There is seating enough for 10 people in the dining room as well as a separate breakfast area adjacent to the kitchen. There is a fully equipped gourmet country kitchen.

Outside on the extensive north east deck is the sun room/games/yoga room with the same extraordinary view. There is a large fully tiled salt water pool with plenty of room for kids and outdoor activities. It is fully fenced with outdoor seating as well. The property provides plenty of outdoor seating areas in the gardens as well as on the decks. Children are welcome but sadly the property is not pet friendly.

Felice is open for week-long booking across December 2014 & January 2015 only. The weekly rate is $9,000 and there is also a one off $100 cleaning & linen fee. This rate covers you for up to 8 adults, additional children will possibly be accepted for family groups.
