Christmas & January: $7,500/week (7 night minimum)
Splendour in the Grass & long weekends: $950/ night or $5,500/week (4 night minimum)
School Holidays (except for winter): $950/night or $6,000 per week (5 night minimum)
High season, September – December & February – May: $850/night or $5,500/ week (3 night minimum)
Low season, June - August: $750/night or $4,500/week (3 night minimum)

Plus a $150 cleaning & linen fee per booking.
