As you enter through the gates of Belle Helena you can't help but get the feeling that you are about to have an amazing holiday! Views of the ocean and famous Byron Bay Lighthouse greet you as you head down the long drive way and passed a stunning old fig tree, the perfect spot to catch a sunrise. Belle Helena is set on over 200 acres and is unsurpassable for its grandeur and facilities. This amazing resort style home has a 25 metre lap pool with lighthouse views; tennis court; cinema; wood-fired pizza oven; large gymnasium & yoga room; driving range and so much more!

The main house has been built predominantly with dark woods and is tastefully furnished with fabulous artwork strewn throughout. There are 3 spacious Queen bedrooms which share 2 bathrooms as well as a sitting lounge adjoining one of the bedrooms with a lovely day bed and massage table. There are 2 different living areas in the main house including a lounge room with an enormous open fireplace. There is a 6 seater cinema as well as a separate dining room which overlooks the gardens and pool area. The kitchen is well appointed and fully equipped.

The second wing of the home is joined to the main house by an undercover wooden walkway. This space has a large comfortable living area with a double sided fire place; pool table; a separate dining area; a kitchen; 1 Queen ensuited bedroom and a 'Japanese-style' bunk room with 6 Double beds, perfect for the kids!

The stunning gardens are well manicured with gorgeous relaxation and dining areas to enjoy. Lily filled dams and green rolling acreage continue as far as they eyes can see. Every last detail has been considered on this wonderful estate making it very difficult to leave behind. Belle Helena is about a 10 minute drive from the Byron main street and its beautiful beaches and 10 minutes drive to the quaint villages of Bangalow & Newrybar.

Main House & Second Residence – sleeps up to 22 guests

Note: the below rates include accommodation for up to 14 guests, each additional adult is charged at $100 per person per night and each additional child is charged at an additional $50 per child per night. The master suite with spacious ensuite can also be rented for additional $400 per night - images available on request.

New Years - $20,500 per week (7 night minimum)
Christmas & Easter - $17,500 per week (7 night minimum)
January & School Holidays - $2,500 per night or $15,500 per week (5 night minimum)
Long weekends & Splendor in the Grass - $2,500 per night (4 night minimum)
High Season: September – November & February - May - $2,400 per night or $14,500 per week (3 night minimum)
Low Season: June – August - $1,900 per night or $11,500 per week (3 night minimum)
plus a $450 cleaning fee

Main House Alone – sleeps up to 8 guests

January & School Holidays - $1,700 per night or $10,500 per week (5 night minimum)

plus a $250 cleaning fee

Venue hire fee is between $3,500 - $7,000
