The laid-back beach town of Lennox Head is a Mecca among surfers, with world-renowned breaks at Boulders and Lennox Point. The views from the headland are absolutely breathtaking offering a perfect vantage point right down the Seven Mile Beach. Hidden amongst the white sands of Lennox’s is Lake Ainsworth. The fresh waters of the Lake are stained “billy-tea” dark by the tea trees that fringe its banks and make for a stunning spot to swim all year round. On the 2nd and 5th Lennox Head comes alive to the infamous Regional Markets held alongside Lake Ainsworth.

Just 10 minutes south of Lennox Head is Ballina which has all the conveniences of a large city including the Ballina Regional Airport, offering 45 minute flights to Sydney twice a day.

In the hinterland behind Lennox Head is lush rainforest valleys and abundant green hills dotted with towns, dairy farms, sugar cane fields, macadamia forests and coffee plantations. These include the infamous Thursday Plantation and the Macadamia Castle.
Surrounding suburbs include Skennars Head, Ballina, Tintenbar, Teven and Broken Head.
